Septic Tank Cleaning or Pump Out
Extremely Overpriced and lack transparency in billing of Service
I had a disappointing experience with Joes 2 Sons Plumbing. They charged nearly $300 for each of the three angle stops (a sub $20 part) under my sink, totaling around $900 for an hour's work. The technician couldnt explain the cost, claiming it had to be billed as three separate jobs. After texting my concerns to the company, I was told to resolve it with the technician. Requesting a manager yielded no response. Another follow-up call finally got me a return call from a manager, who also couldnt justify the cost. I find $900 for an hours work and three angle stops excessive. I am dissatisfied with the lack of transparency and poor communication. I cant recommend their services. Lesson learned: slow down, get multiple quotes, and trust your intuition.

We thought we had a serious leak, but could not pinpoint it. Carey saw that our problem was not plumbing at all - water was leaking from a portable air conditioner. Carey saved us thousands of dollars and we are so thankful!

very poor quality of work compared to the price they charged. they missed one of the two screws the anchors the spigot to the wall. given what they charged for this service they should have double and tripled checked their work. will not call again or recommend them

Previously we used 2 Sons to install a new water heater. Upon discovering a water leak in the kitchen, we used them again. They answer your calls quickly, schedule appointments the next day, keep you informed of when technician will get there. Anthony, our technician was on time, efficient and fast. I will always use them for my repair needs. I highly recommend them to anyone needing services. They are a great company to do business with.

Tuesday I was having a crisis (sewer backed up) and called 2 Sons. They were responsive, I will give them that. However the guy said he was unable to snake the mainline and said the cost to address the blockage was $28000. Yes you read that correctly. He claimed it was blocked under the street 12 feet down and they would need to dig up the street! I got the city involved (not quick or easy) and by the end of the day I thought I'd roll the dice and just get a second opinion about all of this. The second business I called came out late afternoon and had the 28k clog cleared in 20 minutes! Astounding that a business could be this reckless to make a claim like this without actual facts. I am thankful that I went elsewhere! Save yourself some headaches and $ and avoid 2 Sons.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The owner was disrespectful and aggressive. I have never been treated like this from a company before. I purchased a brand new water heater and a few hours after installation the pipe started leaking. The problem couldnt get fixed until the next morning. We paid $2,800 and they would not compensate us for the inconvenience. I am not a plumber and I had to turn off the gas, turn off the water, clean up the gallons of water that spilled in our garage, and had to stand on a stool to dump a bucket I placed under the leak 4x in under a few hours. I have 3 children who had soccer practice that night, needed warm showers, and I needed to cook dinner and wash my dishes. I called about the leak at 4:52pm and was told no one could come out to fix it until the morning. The plumber arrived in the morning around 8:41am and said the leak was a manufactures error because the gasket didnt fit properly. THE PLUMBER WAS NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. I called the front desk at 9:19am and explained the situation. She forwarded me to the owner and I again explained the situation. He said he couldnt compensate me and I said ok I will write my review accordingly. He responded with Oh so now youre going to play the victim. I treat everyone with the same respect I treat you. I responded with well I feel bad for those people. He responds back with oh so now our service was horrible?! I couldnt believe how he was treating his first time customer so I said Dont put words in my mouth. And actually, I dont have time for this ****. And I hung up. No one deserves this treatment. I will never use this company again and I will not be recommending them to anyone I know. This could have been avoided if the owner spoke professionally and compensated at least $100 or something. Not like they cant afford it.

This is the second time Iâ ve use this company once for plumbing and once for my heat pump both technicians did a great job and weâ re very nice guys. The office staff is very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this company.

Had two sons come to repair a small leak under my kitchen sink and replace the sink, faucet, and garbage disposal. A massive leak has occurred, and they claim it is not their fault! The owner, Tyler, refused to accept responsibility for the damage and was rude.

".Your original call to us was due to you having a leak under your kitchen sink. When we arrived onsite to diagnose the issue we VERY CLEARLY took pictures of the failed fitting that was leaking prior to our arrival. That connection was removed and left onsite when you hired us to replace your sink. After our install we tested all of our connections verifying that were no leaks. You then call 10 days later stating that there is water damage from our work. Unfortunately that damage occurred prior to us arriving and performing our repairs. Where do you think all the water that was leaking in the first place was going? When we returned 10 days later that same fitting that failed was onsite in the same state we left it....DISCONNECTED. Again, we verified that all of our connections were in fact not leaking. For you to call us out originally for a leak in that area and then to flip around 10 days later and try to point the finger at us is unreal and extremely shady. I am sorry, but if you are looking to pass this off on someone else than be prepared because we certainly are! We have all the documentation we need to protect ourselves. If anyone needs to take responsibility here it would be you!"

I called these guys as the water valve behind my refrigerator was not dispensing water. They offered to come for free diagnosis and then they needed to turn a tap on which was located under a sink. The guy did that and charged us whooping 278+ Tax = 318.00 dollars. They will not explain you what the problem is before charging. This is just crazy to charge a client like that. Total rip-off. Never call these guys. They will rob you like anything. Beware!!!! You can imagine they charged us $318.00 to turn on the tap. Please do not call them. He spends two seconds turning that on and if someone wants to pay him $300 for pushing a button go ahead.

"This individual was given an estimate upfront for our minimum charge before any work was done. That said estimate was signed and agreed to. She was aware that this was for our time and knowledge in helping find the shut-off that was causing her issue. We have a signed estimate and a recorded conversation of her admitting that she agreed and only changed her mind after the work was performed as she deemed it simply to turn on the valve. She was not charged for simply turning on a valve, she was charged for our time, knowledge, and expertise. Again, she was presented with an estimate before any work was done, and the work was performed as presented and for the exact amount to which she agreed. Had she chosen not to accept the estimate we would have walked away at no cost to the homeowner. She simply was trying to get us to give her the information to fix it herself at no cost. It seems as if she only agreed to the estimate so the issue would get fixed and has now gone to every measure in an attempt to not pay for it. Unfortunately, she is now trying to make it look like she got taken advantage of when she is the one being dishonest."

I called for service and Tyler came within a couple of hours. He was able to install a new faucet and repair the toilet that would â run.â Very professional and knowledgeable. Estimates were given so there werenâ t any surprises. You can pay by cash or check. If you use a credit card you are charged 3%. I would definitely recommend 2 Sons Plumbing. I already added them into my phone for future repairs. Very happy customer.
