Todd is really easy to work with. He worked around our schedule. While doing the work our house stayed very clean and each time we came home it was essentially as if they were never there. The tile guy took 12 x 12 marble tile and cut, honed, and polished it into our specified dimensions. Todd also was able to creatively work around a few of our house's quirks. He does not have a plumber that he works with so we did have to get our own plumber which ended up costing us quite a bit. Overall, a painless kitchen redo for a reasonable price and fantastic results!

I needed to get a hole drilled for a instant hot water dispenser and a nickel sized chip fixed and had been procrastinating for months... what company would want to come out and do such a small task? I reviewed angieslist and found Puget Sound Stone Repair and put a call into them. Todd called back and offered to come out a few days later on a Saturday to do the repair and drill the hole at a rate of $150 per hour. He felt it wouldn't take much longer than an hour (which it didn't). Communication was good, he was running a bit late but called to tell me which was great. The repair looks fantastic... if you didn't know it was there you wouldn't even see it and I am enjoying the hot water (and chilled water) dispenser installed in the 1.5" hole he drilled. Overall very satisfied and would use Puget Sound Stone Repair again in the future.

It was a little tricky for them. They needed to come back a couple of times but they were wonderful about that. They worked on it until it was right. Very nice to work with.

One of our rentals had a broken kitchen granite countertop. I called Todd and he was very helpful and told me that they could possibly fix the crack (instead of replacing the entire countertop). Due to other circumstances (not caused by this company), we decided to replace the countertop. Todd worked with our budget and installed pre-fab granite countertops and did a great job! In addition to that, he was very informative and gave us tips/advice on caring for other stone countertops that we had in our personal residence.

My husband and I are extremely happy with the finished product. Todd and his crew cleaned up every day. They were perfectionists in their installation taking the time that was necessary to do the job correctly. They were so quiet that there were times you did not even know they were in the house. The price was exactly the same as the bid. Todd is a talented craftsman who cares about the final product and respects the needs and wishes of the people who engage his services. We would strongly encourage others to use his services.

I called on a Friday morning and left a message. Todd called back within an hour and happened to be at a job closeby. He said he could come over and look at it in an hour. Great! He came and looked and took pictures. He gave me a lot of information about why and how the stone got damaged. Todd sent a formal quote the following Monday with a detailed explanation of the work that would be done. We agreed and scheduled a start date. Todd and his crew worked according to the schedule. They were very clean and did a great job. It is apparent they care about the quality of their work. We will have them here again to seal our other bathroom shower enclosure. And we will have them back when it's time to reseal. They were all great guys.

They were absolutely fabulous and the most knowledgeable stone contractor I dealt with and there were 5 all together! They were completely professional and even when things took longer than they anticipated they did not charge me any more. I LOVE this company and will never use anyone else again! We had problems with 4 other stone contractors before they came in. They fixed all of my problems and were absolutely charming to deal with. They turned me on to some amazing cleaning products as well. I thought I had to replace our master shower enclosure and they gave me a stone cleaner that took ALL the hard water stains off of the shower door in a matter of minutes - I sprayed it on rubbed it in with no pressure at all waited 15 minutes and rinsed it off and it looked like a brand new shower. I had a cleaning business for 15 years and I never saw a product like it; it also cleans the stone in the shower of course. The owner Todd is incredibly knowledgeable and he can help you with any stone problem you have I am sure of it. They also gave me a 6 year warranty on all of the surfaces they sealed!

It is a pleasure to work with a contractor who stands behind his work like this. I would gladly recommend this company to any of my friends.

Todd and his associate protected the floors with mats and the walls and any other nearby surfaces with drop cloths, so that there would be no mess. He not only repaired the damage but sealed one small countertop complimentary to see if we liked it. He followed up soon afterwards to see if we were happy with the results. He did a great job and we are very happy with the results.
