Three years ago, Wu Construction expertly installed a full crawl space perimeter footing drain, brought in drainage gravel, and installed a 1/3 hp sump pump. Also installed a 6 mil black vapor barrier, checked and sealed alle entry points to prevent rodent entry, re-installed all loose inulation and replaced heat duct insulation. "The three Techs did a great job of removing all the old bat insulation. Cleaned the attic, then sprayed the Intier attic space with mold neutralizer, before installing the new insulation. Arrived at 8:45, completed the installation cleaned the Intier area, and left by 2:30. Great group of Guys. Money well spent!"

"I have a 1906 cottage in N Seattle, with an old porous foundation. Water came into the basement for the first time in 20 years. Another contractor bid the job at $12,000 after 3 site visits and almost a month. Andy came out to the house the same day I talked to him, and estimated the same job at half that price. "They added re-bar to the foundation framing, which was not originally done (and probably why it cracked and sunk as it did), so it's better than new. Was very watchful of the weather to make sure the concrete cured correctly, which meant multiple trips during the repaving process. Clean-up was done well, too. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone - and will definitely use them again to replace a larger cracked area in the future. They were outstanding to work with (which we can't say about most of the people we've hired)."
