"Very knowledgeable about fire codes. I wanted to do something that I didn't know was not per code. A different contractor recommended this action. As soon as I discussed my plan with Isaac, he told me it was not per code. They did a great job repairing and resurfacing our fireplace. They also repaired the mortar on both of our chimneys. "For an original 30+yr old chimney, Nathan estimated over $3400 of work and repair needed to be done to (1) remove and replace crown with rebar- reinforced concrete (2)replace chimney flashing and finally (3), install stainless steel cap and damper seal. I asked him if work could be done in 3 phases to soften money issue. He agreed and first phase done with great work completed from start to finish."
