I dont know if it changed hands, but the positive reviews are no longer to be believed. I hired Tony Rice and Mohawk Construction to do a kitchen and bath remodel. Tony hired unqualified, unvetted subcontractors and then did not supervise their work. The quality of the work was so poor it all had to be removed. The snap-together laminate flooring had huge gaps and was installed under cabinets and appliances. The tiling was uneven. The bathtub leaked. Cabinets were not installed correctly. Tony refused to refund my money so I was out $10,500 with nothing at all to show for it save some unspoiled remaining materials."
