Archie's (Keith) was so responsive to my schedule and need for a plumber. He was thorough, very efficient and very reasonable on the price to fix the leak and faucet. it felt like a service call from long ago and ticked all the boxes of great service.

The technician arrived on time and completed the project faster than we expected. The work was done flawlessly and all dust and debris was cleaned up before he left. We have hired Archie's Plumbing Service on three previous occasions to repair our toilet and kitchen sink. In each case we have been delighted with the service and price.

Keith did an excellent job. He scheduled me in at the time I needed, made a couple of suggestions and did the job on time and at a fair price.

Great. In and out in no time.

Responded within an hour to voicemail, and came out the same day. Repair took an hour, and resolved the issue immediately.

It went quite well. I've been using him for years and he does excellent work.

Prompt arrival of 2 peeps, Archie and ?apprentice? Number two fixed while Archie talked to husband about our dream and quot;fix.and quot; Husband was well pleased with information inputted. I was well pleased to have TWO toilets fixed when I only thought one was technically broken. It was a very pleasant and quot;professional servicesand quot; visit ... one because they were punctual; two because Archie was willing to dabble in addressing a fuzzy request .. and quot;help us install a system we don't know we need but think might help.and quot;
we probably will install one of those recirculating options, probably not under the sink as supposed and we now have a reasonable degree of confidence that there is a work-around (being installed under the sink and being installed close to straight up-and-down copper pipes that have zero flex in their runs).

The work went well. Our house was old and unique and he was able to work around everything and the result was good. He was very straight, direct, and to the point.

I looked on Angie's list for specials and called several local plumbing companies, and Archie's Plumbing was by far the best price. Keith answered all my questions over the phone and gave me a quote right then. We were able to schedule a time later that week for the replacement of the water tank. He arrived on time and the job took one and a half hours, as quoted. The new tank was a smaller size than the old one (same capacity), and he was able to make additional pipe lengths on the spot to ensure a good fit for the new unit. I also asked about other potential plumbing work that I'm considering, and he was able to give me rough estimates and advice on things to consider for those future jobs.

He gets all A's.

His charges are in the lower range of average plumber prices. The only problem is he won't go outside of the Green Lake area and I need him in Capitol Hill. He has a very limited clientele, he's good and he always brings a helper with him. They are very efficient, they get the work done in a timely manner and it's always reliable - I've never had to call him back. He's reliable, fast and reasonable.

He’s very honest. He’s good. It takes him a day to get to you because it’s just him, but he’s worth the wait. That’s how he keeps his prices down, he’s the most affordable plumber in Seattle. He doesn’t even have an arrival fee! I will hire him again.

Two gentleman came, one of them was the one who obviously knew how to do things, but he was not dressed appropriately and when I mentioned that he said that he had an engagement elsewhere. He was obviously irritated that they sent him and had brought a long someone else to do the actual work. When he suggested I needed a new sprayer for the sink, but he obviously had no interest in doing the work. He seemed extremely anxious to leave and finally did. My son ended up redoing the work because it was done poorly.
