"Phoenix Home Services just finished their fourth major project on our home. We now have a wonderful front porch that is a dramatic improvement in the house look. We are already enjoying sitting out front and watching the world go by and interacting with the neighbors. The team working on the porch were great to have around. They were all completely professional, polite and very energetic. Clint, Steve and Brian were the main points of contact and at least one of them was at our home every morning to check progress and help with on-the-fly changes and adjustments. The rest of the team seemed more like a family than a work crew. We were completely comfortable leaving the garage open for them when we had to be away from the house. When the project was complete the area was thoroughly cleaned up and looked great. We also had several smaller interior pieces of work done with the primary porch project. They were completed with the same attention to detail as the outside work. We had done several previous home renovation projects and my only regret is that I did not have Phoenix Home Services on the first job. I would never have used another company nor will I for any future projects. Phoenix Home Services has our highest recommendation and confidence."

The work was completed in only two days and the crew worked nonstop to get it done. The work was flawless and the wall is in top condition now. "I sure was hoping to post a better review here for Blue Ridge Landscaping, however that is not the case based on the events that have unfolded. My handicapped mother and I split the cost of privacy trees for our new house. Over $6500 in total and all we have asked Steve to come back and fix the ones that have blown over. We paid an extra amount for him to come out and put stakes in the ground after they were initially installed, but they didn't seem to hold up. When he left that day he said "If you or your mom need anything, please call me". He seemed sincere, so Ididn't worry. Well we since have called and texted many times as the trees are sideways as you can see from the pictures. The only response I got was "Ok" one time and never heard from him or BRLS again. We got this referral from a local person and thought based on the google reviews, we should be good to go."

I had to correct the concrete forms because the radius was not to specifications nor was it level. The stone wall was placed in the wrong place and had to be redone. And to top it off they broke both mine and my neighbors mailboxes and refused to pay for the damage."
