"My wife and I bought a new construction home with standard open 4" gutters. Very quickly we noticed the gutters were pitched incorrectly and collecting shingle grit and debris. This was causing the gutters to overflow during heavy rain events. We had The Drying Co. remove the new construction gutters and install Gutter Shutter. We're very happy with the installation and can already tell a difference during rain events. Dustin and crew were very professional and cleaned up well after the installation. "I have mixed feelings about this job. The company was extremely patient with the scheduling changes I needed to make because of health issues. However, mode of communication was an issue. Kept calling a cellphone, not in regular use, instead of the landline or the preferred e-mail. Installation was timely, as we had the ice storm soon after, it was also a one-man job and I was amazed at the job he did. He was very professional always measuring twice and sometimes more than that before cutting anything, as despite all the measurements done, the inside core of the door frame needed to be trimmed for the unit to fit. Not sure if that is why once it warmed up, first one-side and now the other side, is not a tight as when originally installed. The also is now an issue with the interior frame, the mitered seam at the top of the door has separated. Another issue was this door was supposed to share a key with the front door as both were Schlage locks and can be rekeyed. A copy of the key was provided prior to the job. This did not happen, nor did the copy come back the day of the install, had to wait for it to be mailed to me. The company tried to rectify both problems, the loosening and they key issue, but not happy with their solutions, as one requires me to complete the job, the other is aesthetic... lack of symmetry, no longer smooth frames on both sides . I like the product's overall appearance, and would repeat the business to ensure uniformity, but given the price, I did expected better. Also would not advise using Mosaic, their finance group. I have issues with a company that mails their statement 4-days after the payment is due, even if 12-months same as cash."

"I received $200 worth of work for $100 with coupon purchase through Angie's list.  I required  gutter replacement of two runs plus corner on the second story of my home. Communication with Kevin Gwin was prompt and work was accomplished in a timely manner.  The 2 man repair team was courteous, pleasant and professional. Kevin came to the site during replacement to check on the crew progress.  Work was completed in a few hours and was done professionally and very much to my satisfaction.

"I hired area remodeling to install a new roof on my house. They tore off and installed a new roof in a day and a half!!! My roof is really big so I didn’t expect them to finish so soon. They went above and beyond with their work even painted my pipes on the roof to match the new shingles installed. After the shingles were installed the foreman and I walked around the house and to check for any trash or if anything got damaged, but I couldn’t find a single nail on the ground. They really did a great job!!! My neighbor just got his roof done a few weeks before mine and couldn’t believe mine was done in a day an a half!! His took almost week for the same size from another company. I’m posting this up a little late but I wanted to give the roof some time before I wrote a review to see if I had to call them back cause of a leaky roof. But after the terrible thunderstorms we had and the few tropic depressions that came through not a single shingle or a leak has happened!!! I will definitely use them for my next project that needs to happen at my house!!!"

The inspector had requested some paint and caulk and our son does roofing and had made these repairs. Belvin's inspected for leaks and which were not present, and noted repairs that had been also for the buyers inspector, all in a nice folder."
