Tidewater Pro Air is a great reliable company who is thorough and fair and have wonderful team members who go through and explain things and don't try to upsell something that isn't needed, we have used Tidewater Pro Air for years and will continue as Josh runs a great company.

I asked Tidewater Pro Air to do an inspection of both my HVAC systems. I was very happy with their service two years ago, so I invited them back. Josh Gray did not disappoint. He provided a thorough inspection, talking me through the step by step process, providing information on what he found and what needed adjustments. For example he lowered the exit pressure of the upstairs gas valve that was slightly elevated. Many other measurements were taken and other recommendations made. They may not be the cheapest service, but they are very thorough, and I know I am getting top-notch service.
