The owner finally confessed the pool had not been drained and cleaned in 25 years!! Ryan said the pool was not safe. It needed to be drained and cleaned; adding more chemicals would not help. The owner refused, bought 2 chlorine floaters and a jug of black algae killer and put it in the pool. Then she called Ryan. I estimate the chemical cost for the last two months at $1,000.
