In ground cement pool needed to be resurfaced. A job that should have taken 2-3 weeks took over 3 months with very poor results. The plaster was not the color we ordered, the tile job was more than horrible and the workers (when they showed up at all) stayed about 2 hours a day. The whole job had to be ripped out and done over - which they did - still with bad results. Our entire summer was ruined. The pool plaster is not even close to the color we chose and is uneven with white marks and swirls all over where they poured in the acid and did not spread it evenly. They left cement and plaster on the tiles and all over the area around the pool which left stains on the concrete, our walkway and driveway. The mess they left was unbelievable. They lost the screws for the lights, used regular ones and the result is rust stains. We have been ghosted ever since and unable to get answers to our calls and emails. We are VERY disappointed in the final product and do NOT recommend them.

We hired Mike to replace our pool/spa lights. One of the pool light covers was broken with a promise to bring a replacement. This never showed up. The spa light stopped working just a couple of months after install, and the company has ghosted me ever since. ZERO communication. They?ll gladly take your money for the sale/install, but will be no where to be found after that.

The pool was great but the deck was a total disaster. Mike agreed and promised to make it right. The anchors for the cover had to be redrilled leaving huge holes in the deck surface. Since then Mike has ghosted us.

I reached out on a Friday night after 10pm for emergency service. I did not already have a service arrangement with Poseidon. Michael responded immediately and had someone resolve my issue before the weekend even started. I hired Poseidon after that to provide weekly service through a proper engagement.

Mike and his team were FANTASTIC! Not only a very competitive quote but by far the most responsive and HONEST! We hired them to resurface our pool which included replacing the tile on the inside top of the pool and on the steps. The work on the steps was horrible (even they agreed on that), and they agreed to replace the step tile work. From that day forward, there was virtually no communication from them, although they agreed to the repair. They ended up abandoning the job, even though they told us more than once they would complete it. If I could give them 0 stars for customer service, I would. Horrible - stay far away from them!

I purchased a new filter and robotic cleaner for our pool. Poseidon was good with regards to sale and install⠦⠦.but the company has ghosted me since. I wouldnâ t recommend doing business with this company if you want ongoing support.

I was having trouble with my pool and getting a continued no cell power message on my hayward aqualogic goldline system. Mike went above and beyond diagnosing the problem. It turns out the brand new transformer that I just purchased was faulty. Another pool service company probably would have just insisted I get an entire new system because is was quite difficult to figure out what was wrong. Thank you for the diligent work and for saving us thousands of dollars!

I have hired them to manage the maintenance of the equipment of my pool. I have been looking for someone to partner with me on maintaining the pool's equipment. They indicated that they would be happy too and offered suggestions to save the equipment I have. They explained things informed me how things worked. Mike knows his stuff. He is a dedicated business owner that takes pride in delivering quality. He also understands how home owners loom at finances and puts no pressure on a contract. Poseidon Pools provided me with various service quotes for me to choose from. I will hire them again. I have found my pool people.

This is exactly what you’ll find with Poseidon. Michael and his team, including the people who answer the phone, took their time to thoroughly understand and diagnose our issue, and then fixed it. As they were fixing it they noticed some smaller issues that may have been adding to the problem, and they made them right. I cannot recommend this entire team highly enough.
