"The concrete pad is good, well built, well poured, and seems sturdy enough for my purposes. Any issues I had, Axel addressed. He always seemed in a bit of rush though, and I would have liked him to explain things a little more thoroughly, or ask clarifying questions. NO large scale project is without its hiccups and not all of them were anything either of us could control.
