After Hector and his son cleaned the roof, it looked brand new. They removed plants and furniture from our deck before the job and replaced them after the job. They even did a light washing of the vinyl siding of the house, which was outside the agreed-upon scope of work, but they did not charge me for it. There was extensive wood rot to the fire resistant plywood, but they handled it like professionals. Because so much wood had to be replaced they barely got done before the sun went down but someone from the company came out the next morning to make sure my property was cleaned and clear of all debris."
