"All work done was excellent.  The peg-board installation was top-notch and my garage now looks organized and cleaned-up.  The underneath of my back deck roof looks brand new.  My hot tub is now moved and accessible for repairs to be made.  Miscellaneous "smallish things" that have needed doing since I first moved in 10 years ago are now done.  Karl was my guys all three (3) days.  (He was excellent.  In fact, I requested him 'by name' after day 1.)  While I could have looked elsewhere and likely saved money (Mr. Handyman is not cheap), it was a matter of "you get what you pay for" and it was definitely money well spent.  I would recommend Mr. Handyman to others and will definitely use them again.

"Excellent work! At least 1/3 of my roof on the north side had a great deal of moss on it. On much of the rest of the roof there were small amounts of moss along the bottom edge of shingles, and there were patches in scattered places on the main part of the shingles. After Hector and his son cleaned the roof, it looked brand new. They removed plants and furniture from our deck before the job and replaced them after the job. They even did a light washing of the vinyl siding of the house, which was outside the agreed-upon scope of work, but they did not charge me for it. As a former member of a site safety office in a then-Fortune 50 company, I was particularly impressed with the excellent precautions they took to insure their safety on the roof during the job. Hector’s 27+ years of experience was evident in every aspect of the job. I plan to bring him back in a year for annual maintenance. I was looking for another contractor to provide the service when SoftWash Pros contacted me by email and apologized for the delay. Glad I gave them a second chance... all further contact was professional and appreciated. Received confirmation phone call and email as well as an email reminder the day prior to the appointment. Very pleased with the completed work, all the green staining and dirt was removed from the vinyl siding and the dingy windows and frames look new again. "Excellent all around. Originally called for clearing leaves and debris off roof, Mr Rice appropriately suggested brick washing to remove moss and dirt from stairs and walkway. I was stunned when I drove in that night. Had to stop my car in amazement at the gleam of the cleaned brick walkway and stairs. He later suggested deck cleaning and, again, simply amazing results."

"I had a down-spout on the second story of my house that needed unclogging. Since I have gutter helmets on the gutters, I needed someone to disassemble the down-spout and clean it out. No one else wanted to do the job, so I called gutter helmet people who wanted $300 just to look at the job. In the springtime, I had the team from Aquaforce clean my siding. I called them and asked if they would help me out. Sean and Leemar came over and did a fantastic job of unclogging my gutter - in about 30 minutes. They were prompt, professional, and did a quality job. I recommend them to everyone and would certainly call them again if I need help."

"After some reschedulings, he set up and did the agreed work for the agreed price, cleaning up and leaving us quite satisfied.  The second job also had some scheduling issues, but was eventually done very well and leaving us satisfied.
BUT his ad in the magazine failed to state that the 10% discount for Angie's List members only applies to the firtst job, and there is no discount for later jobs.
