"These guys are great. We hired them to replace an exterminator that just couldn't seem to get rid of a recurring roach problem. We had the service for about 10 years. Universal has been very responsive and seems to have gotten the problem under control...or at least is so eager to educate about what's happening, and what they're doing, it feels a lot better to be working with them.
