Jim was incredible. He even came back after hours to look for the mouse I spotted. Pest Now provides excellent customer service. They are my new pest control service provider.

From the beginning to the end of this process, they were so helpful and thorough. If I ever need these services again, I would definitely give them a call.

The inspector came in and right away he could tell me where the mice were coming in and how we could prevent them from coming back. Overall great experience!

But in fact, if you look up the rules (which they don't expect you to do), they are not actually following the guidelines. They are just padding reports to line their pockets and they figure that during the throes of a ton of paperwork for home purchases no one will question what's really happening.

Great! Came on time, explained process and what to look for if needed.

The first trip our exterminator found some likely access points and sealed them off. He found the main entrance and made sure that was blocked. Bait boxes were installed in locations where mice had been but were our of reach of our dogs. The follow on visit by the exterminator showed that all the bait / poison had been eaten. Then the next follow on visit none of the bait had been eaten and the mouse droppings had stopped. Mission accomplished. Our gentleman was on time, pleasant and knowledgeable.. We got the same man out for each visit. No need to go over what had happened before with a new person. He made sure the job was done right.

Service was great. I used Pest Now in Northern Virginia for many years and was very happy with them. Recently moved to Richmond and was very glad to find they service this area.

We are pleased. Pest Now is responsive to phone calls, provides good service, and helps ensure the children's safety.

We have a termite deal with them. I would use them again in the future.
