Epix technicians Billy and Tyler were top notch! I am so happy I found them for my rat issue. They were professional and fair which are not common in alot of businesses! They found where the opening was and worked efficiently to get that sealed for me! Thankful I can sleep again!??. I will recommend them over and over again to anyone in need of their services! We had possums in our back yard and my neighbor had a large hornets nest. In both cases, Epix , it's owner Billy, came out a took care of both issues. Epix did a great job with our squirrel removal problem. They humanely trapped the animal(s) getting into our house and effectively blocked further access to the hole.

They did a good job of monitoring the cages. After a few days with the second cage empty, the technician removed the empty cage and closed up the hole. All of the workers were very polite and pleasant to interact with.

We had a squirrel in our attic and I called Epix Wildlife Removal. Billy, the owner, came out the next morning and using a 40 foot ladder, set a trap on the roof of our 3 story home. He came back and climbed up the next three days and caught our little friend the third day, but would have kept coming back for at least two weeks! He did a great job, was professional, skilled, prompt, and guarantees his work. I highly recommend Epix Wildlife Removal!

It was great! They came quick and sprayed everything, all around my house, and my garage and cleaned up their mess. I had a good experience with them. He said he'd come back anytime for free for the next year.

Wonderful business! Billy came out on time to “snake proof” underneath our home. Krystal was very nice & kept in touch with scheduling! They were able to remove the snake from under our home with no harm to the snake! Billy & his professional team also put a new moisture barrier under the home & a new, secure crawl space door. They worked very hard & are knowledgeable! We learned a great deal from them about wildlife habitat. We love & respect wildlife, so we want to continue to be safe around wildlife while keeping the wildlife safe as well. We will be using Epix Wildlife again in the future. Billy is awesome! Epix Wildlife does much more than help with wildlife removal, they are knowledgeable about how to keep your attic & underneath the home dry & clean, as well as securing a roof. Very impressed!

It was wonderful. He checked every possible area including the attic and even checked the basement to see if we have rats. Good thing that we don't. And he actually did not charge me for anything. On top of it, he quoted me first on his charges for different type of animals. He was just great.
