He kept the work area clean, putting down a tarp to protect the floor, and even cleaning the area under the old dishwasher. He tested the plumbing and the operation of the new appliances before he left. I would have no hesitation in calling on him again. As to value for the money: plumbers are expensive, who wouldn't want to pay less, but considering that I did not have the tools or the skills or the experience to do this job and Jeff did, he was worth the money."

I'd much rather chance digging my yard and installing a catch and attempt to snake, water jet, and descale the pipe then go right and spend $25k. The team showed up on time and performed the work. The outcome was looking bleak, but they were able late in the day to break through the obstruction by doing a combination of water jetting and descaling. The outcome was lucky, but I was completely satisfied with the work down, communication, and responsiveness of Interstate."
