Salvation LLC
As a team of fully trained and experienced professionals, we know everything there is to know about HVAC units and understand the importance of quality work. Our highly trained heating and air conditioning technician take their work seriously and stand proudly behind every completed job. We strive always to give it one hundred percent to make sure your HVAC work is done skillfully, efficiently, and on time. To achieve this aim, we use only the very best tools, equipment, and materials. We also conduct a rigorous inspection after our work to ensure optimal performance before we consider the job done. Great work, reasonable prices, and friendly workers: it's no wonder our clients say we're the best of all HVAC companies around.
"Bottom Line: This is the second time we have used this company, and they again did excellent work for a reasonable price, and more importantly, built a huge amount of trust with the customer. Communication: Scheduling the initial estimate was easy and timely communication continued throughout the process. Scoping Work: This is where Salvation really excels, primarily because of the vast knowledge of Ernesto. The installation of the vessel sink and faucet was pretty straight forward, but the associated plumbing issues were not. I had replaced an old built-in cabinet with an antique standalone. When I removed it, I discovered the original discharge pipe angled into the room just above the floor. Other contractors wanted to cut through the bottom of the antique cabinet likely compromising its stability. Ernesto opened the floor and discovered the original builder could have simply notched the support beam keeping the discharge pipe vertical. In addition, when I removed the toilet to replace the seal, I discovered the flange was cracked at the bolt insert preventing me from getting a good seal when tightening. Other contractors wanted to cut through the basement ceiling and completely replace the entire flange – mind you, the lower flange was in excellent shape. Ernesto instead wanted to add a thin metal flange to fasten to the existing PVC one to provide bolt stability. This in and of itself saved thousands of dollars. Quality of Work: Frankly, 75-80% of contractors fail here for three primary reasons: a horrible handoff of details from the estimator to the onsite project foreman, project foreman and/or workers making assumptions vice asking the customer, and lack of quality detailed work. You do not have that problem with Salvation as it’s a small family business, and Ernesto is involved during every part of the process. His expertise and detailed work are second-to-none. The end product was beautiful. Pricing: Price was the best of three highly ranked Angie’s List companies. Salvation’s expertise, practical scoping, willingness to explain the details of the project, timely communication, and excellent work took the hassle out of this project. Salvation has become our one-stop-shop for all plumbing requirements."
