"I called Mr. Dawoud when I experienced a clog drain to my kitchen sink. We made an appointment for the afternoon, texting me to confirm his arrival (a plus). He initially tried to unclog the drain with a 25 foot 'snake'. When that did not work, he used the 75 foot mechanical 'snake' to unclog the drain.
