That nothing that he could have done would have made any difference, except we could have paid $1,200 or more to get a whole new system. Well, that wasn?t what we paid for really. He did say he would oil a couple of parts and maybe it will help. It didn?t because everything is not very good.  
He was responsive. I think he was on time. He was professional. I understand what the issue is, we would have to get more estimates."

"Two employees showed up at my home on time to do an estimate on the few things we needed repaired to complete the sale of our home. The work performed is provided in detail. I was totally shocked at the cost for the repairs on the estimate but we went a head and agreed to having the work performed since we're close to our settlement date. I must say the work performed on everything except the electrical panel was top notch. I say this because the labeling of the electrical panel was completed by writing in Black magic marker what rooms were on each breaker. I was expecting at least to see printed labels used for what we were charged. I/we were expecting to pay $300 - $500 for these few things to be fixed but boy was I am thankful for the work performed but I wouldn't hire this company again only because their prices are outrageous.
