I called the company around 11 am and left a message. Someone got back to me within 30 minutes and said that they would get someone over to take a look at it that day. A workman arrived about 3 hours later, quickly identified the problem (including fixing the incorrect fix that I had made) and fixed the problem in 10 minutes. "Mason and his team are great. This is the fourth project he has done for our house over the past 10 years and every time we are very impressed with the outcome.
