"Project Management Issues & Pending Renovation Work. I 100% agree with one of the previous reviews and, unfortunately, am experiencing the same issues that have caused unnecessary delays and frustration. While the quality of work itself is good, the project management leaves much to be desired. My bathroom renovation started on December 1st, 2025, with a promised completion time of two weeks. It has now been almost a month, and the project is still not finished. I would admit that I am responsible for one week delay in replacing a bathtub. Throughout this process, I have received little to no communication ? no daily updates and not even consistent weekly updates ? regarding the timeline or the scope of work being completed. This lack of communication from the project manager, Orkhan, has caused unnecessary delays and frustration. Coordinating with both the crew and management has been extremely difficult, and the project manager?s attitude has at times been rude and unprofessional. "

"Studio 76 completed my entire home remodeling for single-family home I bought in as-is condition. Home was in 1970 condition and nothing was updated over the years. I got help in deciding each item and vendors suggested by them had a very good variety of produces at a decent price. The Design exceeded all of our requirements and the project was substantially completed in just over three months. His team delivered a quality job quickly and at a reasonable cost. There was only one minor unforeseen site condition that led to a small change order to replace some rotting wood hidden behind my gutters. My neighbors were also impressed with his team’s work. They brought in an architect who was reasonably priced and made suggestions to overall designs which I am so glad they did ! The project from Start to finish was on schedule which O was pleasantly surprised - these guys kept their words and their workers were always on time respectful of my property and time. I like that they always checked with me when they took major steps to double check that everyone was on the same page - they communicated every step of the way and were very careful to to do the job right. I really love the beautiful cabinets and marble countertops which were my dreams. I am so glad I hired these guys - they really did a great job overall - will definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors !"
