The Design exceeded all of our requirements and the project was substantially completed in just over three months. His team delivered a quality job quickly and at a reasonable cost. There was only one minor unforeseen site condition that led to a small change order to replace some rotting wood hidden behind my gutters. My neighbors were also impressed with his team’s work. "We just remodeled our home and added about 700 sq ft. in two levels. We added a new kitchen, breakfast area and a basement. Studio76 is a design and build firm that builds custom homes. Before we signed a contract, we visited one of their new homes and were happy with the quality of the construction. We worked with Nate, the architect/owner, from start to finish. During the design phase he was very flexible and worked with us in coming up with a design that met our requirements. The project included a new kitchen/breakfast area, bathroom, electrical panel, HVAC, basement and demolishing the old kitchen into a formal dining area; almost like a new home. You would not notice the difference between the new addition and the original structure. It fit seamlessly with the existing home. During the construction phase, Nate and his manager were always available and were prompt in responding to any questions. The crew was efficient, and careful as we were living in the home during construction. They took protective measures to minimize the noise and dust. Nate and his team took care of all the required permits and inspections. The work was completed on time and within budget with high quality. We would highly recommend Studio76 for any project."

"The Cypress Home Construction did my home addition on the top and rear, as well as renovation for the existing rooms with bathroom addition. The business owner Michelle leaded the crew team to complete the addition job to our expectation with some items exceeding the expectation such as the large arch-bay window and brick matching to the existing brick wall. The existing bricks are out of dated, no longer in production. They did extra works by searching the possible database nation wide to find one inventory with the leftover bricks to ship from other state. The final result is finished with no visible difference between the old and new bricks. Michelle would go extra miles to accommodate customer’s needs and expectations. She is attentive on details without missing a single item. This construction company also did a good post-construction service. For the minor remedy, we called them, they came out to fix any imperfections."
