Bill & his team jumped in to help us overnight! We were getting my 90 year old MILâ s home of 42 years ready to sell and the team updated the basement, powerwashed the house & updated the carpet on the main staircase. They were timely, skilled & best of all, a JOY to work with, Thsnk you, Bill!â

Bill Ledbetter is a nice guy and easy to talk. to about your project. He knows what he is doing with regard to the permitting and the construction parts of a project. His crew members also know what they are doing and communicate well, telling you what they are doing during a day, how long they will be there and asking you questions about the details the come up during a project. I adopted many of their suggestions to improve the project. We had them do a remodeling of our small (Arlington duplex) basement - demolition, new studs and walls, electrical and floor. We challenged them with the floor by using linoleum tiles set in a diamond pattern - they said it was a bear but it came out well. They also did a tile kitchen backsplash for us. WE intend for Bill to come back in the fail to do a patio for us. PS The bids were much less than the other bids and they were able to get to the job quickly.

We had six quotes for finishing our basement and Bill was the best value and the clear choice for us. We could not be happier with the end result. It's very clear that all of the folks on Bill's team share his high standards of quality and customer service. I appreciated how Bill was hands off when we wanted to find finshes on our own and hands on when we needed help sorting out cabinets and granite counter tops. We added some features like a larger egress window and a laundry area after the project started. Bill was able to get us quick and accurate estimates for the additional work and kept everything on schedule. We are looking forward to having his crew back to do our kitchen backslash in the next couple months.

Once we sorted out just who was doing what, things went smoothly. Probably first timers for us. Bill has a great team of workers. Did great work, were pleasant to work with, took care of our home and cleaned everything up before they left. We'd be happy to have them back in our home. The 'new' bath looks great and we are very pleased with the project. Great to work with Bill and his guys.

We hired Ledbetter Homes to remodel our basement and basement bathroom. Throughout the process, Bill and his team maintained excellent communication and dedication to our timeline. The entire team was so professional and easy to work with. We encountered some unexpected issues like water damage and aged electrical wiring , which were repaired in a cost-conscious manner. Each day the team cleaned up to reduce the amount of dust throughout the house. The results exceeded our expectations. Our basement is now a beautiful family room, guest room, and office. We have plans to remodel two bathrooms upstairs and we already know who our contractor will be.
