Arcadian Building and Design, owned by Arthur Tsiamis did a phenomenal job building an addition to my home. The Design exceeded all of our requirements and the project was substantially completed in just over three months. His team delivered a quality job quickly and at a reasonable cost. There was only one minor unforeseen site condition that led to a small change order to replace some rotting wood hidden behind my gutters. My neighbors were also impressed with his team’s work. In addition he did a great job communicating throughout the project. I highly recommend using Arcadian.

Arthur is very easy to work with! I wasnâ t really sure what I wanted and didnâ t know where to start. He offered some great ideas that turned out beautiful! He accepted my â by the wayâ ideas freely and was available every time I had a question (theyâ re were plenty of those)! Arthur and his team are exceptional workers! I look forward to working with them again in the very near future! They are definitely a credit to their craft.
