"I highly recommend investing in this company. Matt and Jaysun did a great job with repairs to my AC unit. I was servicing another company. My AC went down. I called the company to come fix it. They told me that I needed a new AC unit. Told me I had to pay almost 6k. So I went to home advisor and found Conde Tech. When they came to look at my AC unit they told me that it needed to be cleaned and that I didn’t need a new AC unit. They did a great job cleaning it and making it new. They saved me so much money. These are guys are honest and genuine. They focused on the job without disrupting my home. I appreciate this company so much. I fired the other company and told them I don’t need their services anymore. From now on if I need any heating or cooling fix, I call Conde Tech services."

"The quality of the work was great, it is the product I am not sure about. Just had the system put in last year and the mother board needed to be replaced. While it took longer than expected to receive the part, once received, it was replaced the next business day. The technicians were knowledgeable and efficient. They replaced the part and performed the inspection; and explained it all so I could understand what they did (they even replaced the air filter without my asking). "Terrone responded immediately to our request for service on Saturday. He came to service our air-conditioner which was working minimally. He did fix it and it gave us relief from the heat. However, we knew that our heat pump/air conditioner was in need of replacement. Terrone talked to us about options, gave us some time to do research on the best choice for our home and came back to do the installation. His pricing was reasonable. He and Caleb worked to removed the old system, install the new system, install our new Smart Thermostat ( I-Comfort) and come back to check on the system and us that everything was working correctly. "AC Tech Aaron was highly knowledgeable, amicable and was able to solve an issue that previously caused ARS to replace a newly installed HVC system with another new system, however, Aaron was the one to solve the ongoing issue I had with both current and previous systems. The issue was, the AC simply was not efficient enough to cool my house, reason, the air filters were severely clogged. Solution: Aaron applied a commercial degreaser, then washed both filters, this dissolved an accumulation of over 10 years worth of gunk and soot like dirt. Thanks to Aaron, my AC now is finally running to its full capacity without compromising its efficiency or causing it to overheat or worse, break down. I would recommend ARS to at a minimum inspect and equally clean all AC filters as that would go a long way towards resulting in a far better AC/HVC performance with better efficiency. "T&J Service installed a beautiful new Trane system at my home in Fairfax on May 14, 2024. They were recommended to me by my neighbor who has been using them for many years. Without a doubt, Diep and Tran are the most highly-skilled HVAC professionals that I have encountered in over 40 years. This was a very large, complex system to install and they got it done in one day. These are some of the hardest working, most dedicated guys that I've ever seen! I absolutely love my new Trane system. They even custom made a beautiful plenum for my air handler --handcrafted out of stainless steel (Diep is also a skilled metal craftsman). 5 STARS"

"We signed up for a forced hot air duct cleaning job for a fixed “bargain” price of $375. Russell and David (nice guys) showed up right on time and cleaned the air ducts. We were then informed that during the work a significant amount of mold had been found in our air duct system. This was documented by several photos on Russell’s smart phone. Russell thought the conditions found amounted to about 7 out of 10 on a scale of mold severity. We were then presented with a proposal for mold remediation at a cost of $2,400. Concerned, we said we would consider the offer and sent them on their way. Next morning “Jim” (from our heating contractor) arrived for our scheduled checkup. We explained the mold issue to Jim who thought that condition to be highly unlikely. Jim “opened” the air duct system in several places. We saw only tiny hints of mold, nothing which resembled Russel’s photos or would require remediation. Our son knows of a person in the heating business who thinks that the conditions “found” are unlikely and further suggested that, if the mold was that bad, the air ducts would need to be replaced rather than remediated. I Googled “duct cleaning scams” and found that mold discovery accompanied by unnecessary proposed expensive remediation projects are quite common. Reading reviews of All-Start Duct Cleaning on Angie’s List revealed that mold had been found in several of those cases. We decided not to accept the proposed mold remediation project."
