"While it is normal for remodeling projects to create chaos and to be the muse of many a horror story, this ended up with a very pleasant end result. We had a complete renovation down to the studs to bring things up to code, which included ripping out the sub flooring and quite a bit of pipes. Parts were ordered and lost and found. Things went on backorder and were discontinued. We fortunately had a fantastic crew. Ismar (the contractor) did an awesome job of making sure that everything was done to spec and built beautifully. He followed our wishes and came back on the weekend and late to be sure the work was done right. The only real challenges were with the design and oversight from the office, between the designer losing our design specs on the first pass and not communicating proactively about delays or back orders, but thankfully these were more annoyance than problem. After a few handoffs, we got Eric E. as project manager, and he saw us through the rest of the project with much better results and only about 30% oversight still needed from us. Overall, we got a great bathroom out of the deal, so 4 stars."

"We had a complicated bathroom remodel which required a complete overhaul of the layout of the bathroom. The owner, Russell, was able to help me come up with a design that would utilitize the space to the fullest. The moving of the toilet, plumbing, and electric required a county inspection which the company was not intimidated by and I was thankful to have a company that was licensed, insured, and willing to do what was required. They were also very accommodating when it came to the timeline as I had several required stops and starts. There were some complications with communication, lack of detail, and leaving things dirty by the work crew which did cause frustration during the process. However, Russell made sure everything was ultimately resolved and the end result was a beautiful bathroom that I was very happy with."

It went amazingly well.  We were worried about the disruption that would be caused by having our bathroom, which is attached to our bedroom, torn apart for several weeks, but Devin and his team could not have made it easier.  They put plastic sheeting over everything in our bedroom during the day during the demolition phase, and also rolled up our very large rug (and replaced it under our king-sized bed after they were done with the work).  They got everything done in the amount of time promised.  The crew were uniformly terrific -- nice, incredibly competent guys.   Devin was  great to work with.  Anything we wanted, he was able to figure out.  He could not have been more accommodating or helpful.  We've worked with a lot of great contractors over the years, and Devin is definitely a star.  Our bathroom designer, Debbie Gray, recommended him, and they worked together really well.  I have recommended the team to several friends already.  "

"Some of the designs that were offered when designing the basement were not actually available and I was not told until they were already doing the install. The breaker for the basement lights and plugs seems overloaded because it will trip when I have the treadmill plugged in. There were a couple of places where the paint did not appear to dry correctly and had to be redone and still has an uneven surface. They got it done quickly but you could definitely tell it was rushed."
