Apollo, David and the crew came in and worked nearly every day, all day until the job was done. The demolition was orderly and the workers kept the worksite very clean. They really take pride in their work. The finish product is great! Jason (project manager) checked in with me nearly every evening to be sure of my satisfaction and he made sure that the job wasn't done until I and my wife were satisfied with the finish product. "The crawlspace in our recently purchased house was a mess—full of water, mold, and deteriorated insulation. NV gave us a competitive price, on par with the other bids we got, and their bid seemed more comprehensive than some of the others. Jaime did an excellent job explaining everything to me and talking me through any questions we had. Once the work began, Manny and the rest of the guys did a great job—they were on site promptly each day and were clearly working hard over the three days of the project. "I'm pretty amazed at how quickly Alex and his crew were able to lift my entire house and install drainage on both sides of the house. The team was the definition of professional and knowledgeable. From the start, they were extremely considerate of my house, and put everything back the way they found it - almost like they weren't even there to begin with! Didn't even know this was possible! They didn't stop there though, they even filled a few small holes in the yard with some extra dirt and put grass back where it was messed up. All I can say is SUPER AWESOME job!!"

"The work date was not well documented, but the execution was excellent. Three areas were lifted. Front porch was lifted by a whole brick row. Garage floor was lifted to close cracks. Back patio was lifted to direct the flow of rain water away from the house foundation."

Alfredo Hernandez, the Foreman, kept me updated every step of the process, thoroughly answered every question I had, and addressed all concerns with expert problem solving and skill. These three men were in my home for a couple weeks doing extensive foundation and waterproofing work. They were always professional, courteous, and kept the work space clean. "Good people to work with, professional in every way. Normally when we received 2" of rain water would start entering the basement. When we receive 3" the basement floor would be covered. Two days after installing their system our area received 8.5" of rain and our basement remained dry, not a drop got in the house. These guys know what they are doing."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."
