Adam and his team worked in the crawl space, which was difficult for me to get into. Adam kept me informed throughout the process and even took pictures after the job was done to show me the results. "I'm pretty amazed at how quickly Alex and his crew were able to lift my entire house and install drainage on both sides of the house. The team was the definition of professional and knowledgeable. From the start, they were extremely considerate of my house, and put everything back the way they found it - almost like they weren't even there to begin with! Didn't even know this was possible! "Initially I thought I wanted just a concrete pad. When George (Melvin) came out to look at the work he explained a few options I had with regard to a patio. I decided to change the work to a gravel base and wait until I had a deck installed to get the concrete base for the pavers that’s I want for my patio. George was on-time for our meetings and started the work the next day after we signed a contract. The project turned out as expected and quickly with no surprise costs at the end. "All went well. Some issues with the foundation were worse than thought so the work took a little longer but it was definitely needed. Part of an addition had been built without proper foundation as in none. It was hanging in air. They made an extra trip to replace and fix drains that had to be removed. Took extra care to make sure as little damage to carpet as possible. Terrance Blackwell and crew came for the outside work. They were great. I really appreciated Terrance's extra trip to make sure the drains were fixed. Austin Wells and Peter Dang came for basement floor lift and level and I greatly appreciated their extra effort to take care of the carpets even though they had to drill through the floor. The little extras made a big difference. Good people, good work."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them.
