"The crawlspace in our recently purchased house was a mess—full of water, mold, and deteriorated insulation. NV gave us a competitive price, on par with the other bids we got, and their bid seemed more comprehensive than some of the others. "All went well. Some issues with the foundation were worse than thought so the work took a little longer but it was definitely needed. Part of an addition had been built without proper foundation as in none. It was hanging in air. They made an extra trip to replace and fix drains that had to be removed. Took extra care to make sure as little damage to carpet as possible. Terrance Blackwell and crew came for the outside work. They were great. I really appreciated Terrance's extra trip to make sure the drains were fixed. Austin Wells and Peter Dang came for basement floor lift and level and I greatly appreciated their extra effort to take care of the carpets even though they had to drill through the floor. The little extras made a big difference. Good people, good work."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up.
