He promptly created the 3d pdf files with the design of our kitchen, which were helpful to have throughout the project. Adam was in charge of our project, and his responsiveness and understanding were outstanding. At one point we were a bit unhappy with a corner cabinet, but reluctantly we felt we needed to "settle" because there was not sufficient space for a Super Susan. Adam made some research and promptly contacted us with a solution that was perfect for enhanced functionality. Last but not least, Ismar, our foreman on the job was professional, responsive, pleasant, and amazingly skilled. He and his team worked diligently on the electrical portion, cabinet installation, backsplash, appliance installation, and painting. Everyone accommodated us to the best of their ability and always left our house clean and orderly. Well done, VKB!"

"Exterior Waterproofing Experts tied in my downspouts to an existing underground system to move water away from my foundation. They installed four inch gutters and downspouts as well. Prior to installation of downspouts the crew discussed placement and color options with me and explained their planned approach for the underground piping. I was very impressed that installers would take the time and show the concern to engage with the home owner at the time of installation to verify that the placement and color were satisfactory. After the gutter installation a heavy rainstorm tested the system and resulted in a few minor leaks that the contractor promptly resolved. All ground work was leveled and shrubbery returned to the flower beds. Exterior Waterproofing Experts performs excellent work and engages with the home owner like no other contractor that I have experienced. I can highly recommend them for all drainage work based on my experience."

As a result, we have a great semi-outdoor kitchen for parties and gatherings no matter the weather. The workers were always prompt, in fact, showed up early most times and finished the work with attention and efficiency. When there was an issue, Daryl and John immediately fix the problem and stood by their word. The job was finished on time - they worked late and on weekends to keep their word even when the sliding door arrived late. Alfredo Hernandez, the Foreman, kept me updated every step of the process, thoroughly answered every question I had, and addressed all concerns with expert problem solving and skill. These three men were in my home for a couple weeks doing extensive foundation and waterproofing work. They were always professional, courteous, and kept the work space clean. "Good people to work with, professional in every way. Normally when we received 2" of rain water would start entering the basement. When we receive 3" the basement floor would be covered. Two days after installing their system our area received 8.5" of rain and our basement remained dry, not a drop got in the house. These guys know what they are doing."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."
