Not only did it take far more than one day (three weeks to be exact) it severely impacted our operations and cost us a significant amount in lost revenue. I have called several times during the project and requested for a member of management to call me regarding the issues with this and have never received a call back. The project failed the first inspection and took two weeks for them to get the second one scheduled. due to their lack of planning and follow through with the city. I would not recommend this company if you were on a specific timeline and they were far more expensive for the same work than other companies."

He provided affordable and comprehensive solutions for my needs, carefully evaluating the setup and making thoughtful recommendations. Kurtis and his team worked around my Airbnb bookings without any issues, which was a huge relief. The installers were polite, professional, and kept everything clean as they worked. Their attention to detail was exceptional—they left the worksite spotless and even added a rock border around the units, which was a polished and thoughtful touch. Identified the issue in minutes and started to make the repair. In least than an hour we had AC restored. Todd spent time with me and went over all the new products to replace my 25 year old system thats on its last legs. Sent his designer to my home and hour later and Rusty had a quote for a full replacement of 2 units in the future. Repair price was very fair and totally upfront with the cost, no hidden fees or tac ons.
