"Fast and easy. The tech showed up on time and was quick and efficient in his inspection. He took several pictures to document the results of his inspection and provided written report with photos attached via email so I could provide proof of completion to my landlord. No cleaning was required as I had not used the fireplace during my occupancy, and I was happy that he only charge me for the inspection. Overall very satisfied, would happily use again."

"They were excellent. They were, I guess I would say, very, very thorough, and they even, I think they. Stayed even longer than I think they were planning. They helped us, they did a couple of extra things that we hadn't initially talked about when we. you know when when when we asked them to come so they yeah they gave us some extra help and they were they were very um very hardworking very thorough"
