Sebastian and his crew did an excellent job on my house. They replaced rotten wood trim and wrapped all my wood trim in white aluminum. They removed and replaced all my gutters with better seamless gutters, matching the white trim. Then they repainted my garage door white. The whole project made my house look so much better! They did all the work in 1 week and we are very pleased with the results. 10/10 would recommend and we will use them again in the future.

Sebastian, the owner of 7 City Exteriors provided a quote for providing all labor, materials and equipment required to provide a new seamless aluminum 6” Type K heavy duty (.032 thickness) gutter system with downspout on a section of roof on the rear of our home. Sebastian showed up on time and immediately proceeded with the specified work. Using Truss T stand-off brackets to accommodate the angled fascia to install the gutter plumb, and Ray Tech heavy duty support brackets, the gutter is installed at the correct slope to direct water flow to the new downspout. The high-gloss white finish exactly matches our existing PVC facia and trim. The fit and finish of the completed project is excellent. I strongly recommend 7 City Exteriors and Sebastian for any gutter installation that a homeowner may require!

Sebastian was very responsive and professional in providing a quote to provide all labor, materials and equipment required to install a new 6” Type K seamless aluminum gutter system (.032 gauge) with a 3”x 4” downspout on the rear roof section of our home. Sebastian showed up on time and the work was completed quickly using aluminum T wedges to provide support to offset the gutter from the angled roof fascia and to ensure the gutter is horizontal front to rear, and sloped toward the downspout to develop full flow capacity. Heavy duty Ray Tech hangers were installed with an anchor screwed directly through the hanger, and through the gutter flange, and into the fascia. The joints at the endcaps, and at the mitered corner are all sealed with silicon sealant. The completed gutter is high gloss white, and the fit and finish is excellent. I highly recommend Sebastian and 7 Cities Exteriors for any gutter work that may be required.

We really appreciated that he made a big drive out of town to find the custom gutters we wanted because the local area was out of stock.
