The "front office" would let me know by either phone or email when the project would start, and then Tony and would give me updates. All and all the whole process went smoothly. "The items shipped were all in working order. The items were easily installed via a sticky tape attached to all the sensors. Some, like the motion detector, were just placed on a flat surface;ie. fireplace mantle. All worked correctly. The remote door sensors are great;I use them to turn off / on the alarm system before entering or after leaving the house. The control unit besides handling the security system , displays local weather - which is handy."

"Aaron really was great.. he mounted my Tv in no time. Most wouldn't install it because it was over the fireplace in a nook, others charged an extra 200 just because it was a nook. I showed him a picture, and in no time it was up and leveled... I also tried to wire my thermostat and really messed it up bad.. he arrived and worked diligently to find the problem. He even went into my attic and found I blew a fuse.. Needless to say he installed a new one and my family now have heat again..Thanks Aaron..
