We were concerned with the stability of our deck railing and the viability of the support posts. Chris effectively assessed the current state of the deck, listened to our concerns/requirements, and developed a sound proposal. When unforeseen issues arose during the project, he provided clear explanations as well as reasonable alternatives to contain costs. His collaborative approach is appreciated as it is recognized some issues may not be discovered until the demolition phase occurs. As a result, we now have deck railing that is more stable than it ever was and have received many positive compliments on the look of our Trex composite railing. Chris went out of his way to find a color that complimented the color of our current stain. This was a positive experience and would recommend his services.
