"We absolutely LOVED working with L&R contractors and are so glad we hired them for our roof replacement. When we bought our house a couple years ago, the roof wasn't inspected so we had no idea what condition it was in. We had a few companies out to do inspections, and L&R was one of them. Zack did a great job of explaining the condition of our roof and what he recommended doing. We felt really comfortable with him from day 1. Zack sent us his estimate so quickly and was incredibly responsive to all our questions. We got a lot of quotes and his price was very reasonable. After we signed the contract, he still continued to be super responsive and proactively gave us updates on the schedule. We live in an HOA and our townhouse isn't very accessible to the parking lot, but Zack worked with us to make sure we impacted our neighbors as little as possible. On the day of the roof replacement, Zack gave us frequent updates on the crew's progress and did a final inspection himself. One of our neighbor's had moved her car for the crew to have easier access to our house, and Zack thoughtfully got her a thank you gift and delivered it to her for making the access easier for his team.
