We absolutely LOVED working with L&R contractors and are so glad we hired them for our roof replacement. When we bought our house a couple years ago, the roof wasn't inspected so we had no idea what condition it was in. We had a few companies out to do inspections, and L&R was one of them. Zack did a great job of explaining the condition of our roof and what he recommended doing. We felt really comfortable with him from day 1. Zack sent us his estimate so quickly and was incredibly responsive to all our questions. We got a lot of quotes and his price was very reasonable. After we signed the contract, he still continued to be super responsive and proactively gave us updates on the schedule. We live in an HOA and our townhouse isn't very accessible to the parking lot, but Zack worked with us to make sure we impacted our neighbors as little as possible. On the day of the roof replacement, Zack gave us frequent updates on the crew's progress and did a final inspection himself. One of our neighbor's had moved her car for the crew to have easier access to our house, and Zack thoughtfully got her a thank you gift and delivered it to her for making the access easier for his team. Highly recommend using Zack for any of your roofing needs!

It went extremely well. Lawrence and his team were very responsive, communicated well, and went the extra mile to accommodate our need for a low-dust situation. I felt I was given options to best suit my particular tastes, and I felt I was fully consulted whenever any important decision needed to made throughout the process. I was very pleased with the quality of the work!

Lawrence and Carlos were fantastic. They paid attention to more detail than I did. The walls and floor are all uneven in my 1930s home to begin with, they patiently and skillfully fixed everything so that you didn't even notice, it all looked perfect. They always go the extra mile to make sure everything is done perfectly.

I couldn't have asked for a better job to be done. Lawrence is a perfectionist and keeps me informed every step of the way so we are on the same page. Very courteous and professional. Being a designer, I'm opinionated about how I want something to look, even if the logistics to make it happen are difficult. Lawrence is great at troubleshooting and making sure that I'm happy with the end result. Looking forward to our next project!
