Hudson heating and air conditioning was the only company that offered free diagnostics while other companies were calling me relentlessly with their sales pitch. Mike was a man of his word. And then some. As he was performing his work, he walked me through every step of the process and explained it to me. Since I have been in the construction industry myself for more than 40 years, I really appreciated this. Not sure if he wants me to tell the exact fee or not, but it was way way less than what I expected. I will definitely be doing business with this man again in the future."

He went over a few issues on our older unit he found during his inspection. I never felt pressured to have the work done and so glad he resolved them on the same day.
