"September 2019, my water heater broke and TC HVAC Services replaced it with a new water heater. And they also fixed my AC and fridge. Recently, in October 2019, TC HVAC Services installed a new humidifier in my home. Mr. Thea Chea, the specialist was professional, honest, and he answered all of my questions. "Company called instantly upon getting Service Magic request for emergency service and tech arrived an hour later. Tech helpful, professional, fast working. Another company previously said I had a faulty gas valve and would have to replace furnace because parts not available for 30+ year old furnace. However, Consumer's Choice tech said valve fine; just cleaned out pilot light and I had heat again at low cost. Also gave estimate on smaller (more suitably sized), more efficient furnace if I did need to replace because heat exchanger is rusting out. Will definitely consider them for future service or install. Very satisfied with this experience."
