On time technician called before arrival very professional

THE TECHNICIAN WAS PROFESSIONAL AND CURTEOUS.

We were attempting to change our thermostat and the red and yellow grounding wires snapped. At that point, we realized we had exceeded our HVAC expertise. We called Coolrays 24 hour service support number. A technician was sent out the next day (on a Saturday). The technician (Tom N.) was smart. He was professional. He was knowledgeable and he was quick. He was in and out within an hour, and our house is nice and cool.

Recently purchased a home in Roswell GA. The HVAC systems were installed by Coolray Heating and Cooling. Therefore, we called Coolray to install new thermostats and service the 2 systems. Technicians, Max and Charles were very knowledgeable, explained things clearly and thoroughly, and were not rushed to complete the job. They took the time needed to answer all our questions, provided exceptional customer service, conscientious, respectful, and courteous in keeping our house clean, wearing shoe covers. Impressed with their professionalism and expertise. Thank you Coolray!

We had wetness on a carpet but we didn't know why the carpet was wet. We had some plumbing issue where a toilet was slow to flush and we wondered if there was a clog and it was somehow leaking into the bedroom. They hunted down the issue. they fixed the clog. They found that there was no leak. That was good. The workers, the work they did, the price they charged, the professionalism was all good.

We had a leak. They came out, they wanted to charge me a fortune to fix it with a high price item. I chose to do a lesser temporary fix. I called a different company who said that the work Mr Plumber had done was not well done and that they did not diagnose the problem correctly nor did they fix it correctly. I called Mr Plumber back out to fix the issue. They did, they sent some one out and They fixed the issue. I did have to call them twice, they did make it right but initially they did not and I've been a customer of theirs for a very long time. I was disappointed but they did make it right. They had to do it twice so in my book that is not very good. I would think twice about using them again. They did make it right in the end but it took more effort on my part and my time. The workers were very nice but the first one was not very competent.

I don't remember the cost, it wasn't a lot.  I have used them several times before in the past. I usually just kind of when I have problems, call them. I gave them a B and the only reason for that is because of the price. I have been using them for years. They are very courteous and they are very informative. Price-wise, I am not really happy. I had discount coupons some years ago but they did expire.

We have been using them for 7+ years and they've been very good. We were able to get them out almost immediately the first time we used them. They are very reliable.

The appointment was requested online on a Sunday night and we selected that they confirm during normal business hours because we figured it was too late for them to confirm in the evening of a weekend.  We got an email confirmation at 8:25pm AND a phone call a couple minutes later. Impressive!!
They called again the next morning to schedule a time and the service tech, Kirk, arrived as scheduled. We hope all of Coolray's technicians are as personable, efficient and professional as Kirk is.  His integrity and honesty were evident.  We thought the unit was going to need to be replaced; but it turned out to be something very simple.  YAY! 
We would absolutely, positively, without a doubt use Coolray again and we HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!  Our experience, from start to finish, was outstanding!

An  excellent job was done.

They are terrific. They were very reputable, thorough and professional. I ended up getting an annual contract for the plumbing component of the corporation. The annual contract that I have signed is for them to be flushing out the water heater and checking on the water systems in my house.
