That's how many days it's been since the AC stopped working. Ten. That's how many days it's been since an F.H. Furr technician inspected the system and said he needed to order some parts to fix it. Six. That's how many times I've called F.H. Furr's office and been assured that someone will call me back to discuss my situation and a timetable for fixing the AC. No one has called me back.
