"My AC failed and I had limited time to find a good solution, I made a phone call to Relax HVAC based on the online reviews and it was a great decision. Nasser came to check the situation, he gave a very detailed and comprehensive overview of the situation and provided with the options I had. I decided to replace the unit, Nasser went above and beyond to find a unit delivery service but there was nothing available over the weekend so this gentleman went for unit pick up himself and finished the installation within a day from my initial call. "Great company. I am very pleased with the installation of the replacement gas furnace, digital WiFi thermostat, filter system, and water safety package with drain pan. The technicians, office personnel and owner were very knowledgeable. Very courteous, answered questions I had on the new furnace by Amana. "it was great. Matt came out and priced the system. then some time later, jose and stuart came in to install. they informed me of potential non-hvac issues they noticed and mentioned that small changes had to be made due to layout and parts. which I was ok with. the hvac works great"

"I have been a customer for a very long time and this scheduled maintenance and dryer vent cleaning was done by Cesar. I have to say he is one very thorough technician and I was very pleased with his inspection and vent cleaning. His service was so different than some of the ones I've had before. I even had one inspector tell me he didn't need to check in my attic which houses one of our two units. Let me tell you about Cesar, he even cleaned up behind my dryer for me. This is something that is rare in customer service. I have my HVAC seasonally maintenanced and never had a inspector be as thorough as him. The pictures he took and explained to me and the one problem he found that no other inspector had found in all this time. I tried to spare him from the attic heat for the repair and have him return on another day in the morning but he didn't mind going back in there to fix the problem for us although it was in the dead heat of the day. I just hope the company sees this review and knows what a good technician they have in Cesar."

"My outside HVAC unit was no longer working, however, everything on the inside of the house was. Isac W. was able to diagnose and solve the problem in a short amount of time.
