Plumbing needed to be replaced, new pocket door, all new fixtures, electrical wiring, new toilet, new vanity, new tile and paint. A series of repair needs in wooden structures were identified during that work, and we added those items to the project. The team, lead by the able and cheerful Mr. Dimas, worked efficiently and professionally for several days, only interrupted by inclement weather.
