I relied on his judgement in this matter, telling him to proceed. He had a replacement in his tool box, removed the previous unit and inserted the new lock in an efficient manner. While the price he quoted was higher than I expected, it was not unreasonable. He was professional, skilled and courteous. I would recommend him to other customers."
