The owner finally confessed the pool had not been drained and cleaned in 25 years!! Ryan said the pool was not safe. It needed to be drained and cleaned; adding more chemicals would not help. The owner refused, bought 2 chlorine floaters and a jug of black algae killer and put it in the pool. Then she called Ryan. I estimate the chemical cost for the last two months at $1,000. Thanks to Ryan for his honesty and integrity. I highly recommend Ryanâ s Oasis Pools."

"Rather than fix the issue the first 2 calls, more refrigerant was pumped into the system. This cost me $75 for each call plus the cost of the refrigerant. The 3rd time, they fixed a valve and refilled the refrigerant and I am monitoring to see if this really fixed the problem. So I am out $225 for service calls fro the same problem and the cost of the refrigerant. I think they take this approach intentionally."
