It was very professional. He explained what he was doing as he went along through the entire process. I was very happy with the results and would definitely hire them again for the same job.

The initial visit was prompt, but I had to follow up with company do get updates on part arrivals, next appointments, etc.  The technician was great and the quality of work was good.  Just frustrating to have chase down updates on the job.

They had to get ahold of South Korea and I'm still waiting for those parts, so it was never finished. I would call every six weeks to see what the status is and they would tell me that they needed to get the parts from South Korea and it takes a long time to get things from South Korea. It still has not been repaired. I did have my charge card number changed, so if they did try to process or charge me for parts they wouldn't have access to my new number. Now it wasn't changed for that reason, but they have never got in contact with me to say "These parts came in and we can't pay for them because the charge card is no longer valid." I would call them and they would tell me that they would let me know when the parts finally got in. I paid for a service call and they came to my house, but I didn't get anything done. They came when they were supposed to, but they never followed up or called back.

He came out and he told me that he was the only person in Virginia that could repair just the bearing that was loose, without replacing the whole drum. I spoke to some parts supply stores, and they informed me that with Maytag appliances it was necessary to replace the whole drum. He promised to guarantee the bearing and seal kit. Now, my unit is acting even worse than before. He now refuses to return my calls. I have gone to their office, and his employees were not willing to help me at all with communicating with him. He refused to break down the cost of labor. The parts store informed me that the parts cost $100. 

I called him today 03/16/2015 informing him that my machine is making a lot of noise and jumping. I told him I didn't want him to stick it to me price wise, he informed me that he would "stick it to me any way he can", and added with "now do you still want me to service your machine?" Informed him I didn't want him to come to my home for a service call.

He did not check any of the defrost controls and assumed the gaskets were bad.
The freezer continues to frost up and the lower door is frozen shut.

Repairer came very soon after called, was quite professional in his analysis of the problem. He gave us the information we needed to determine that the repair was too costly.  He offered to apply the cost of the visit toward installation of the dishwasher we would buy.  We planned to use that, but the new vendor offered installation at a lower price.  We plan  to use this business when we need appliance repair in the future.

Very professional and courteous.  Called before arriving and was prompt.  Nick did a great job!

I called to set up an appt on Monday. I was able to get an appt for Tuesday. with a 2 hr window. Tuesday morning Nick called at 0845 and said he would be here between 0930 and 1000. He arrived @ 0945 and was done by 1030. Punctual and great customer service.

My 8 year old Kenmore washing machine died a quiet death on me. I immediately went to Angie's List for repair options. Mobile Appliance Repair was my choice and I wasn't disappointed except for the fact that I will have to buy a new machine since the bearings are toast and any repair would not be worth it. The repair person showed up in the designated time and was friendly and very informative. Only had to pay service charge for the visit. Will definitely use again.

Mobile Appliance Repair Inc called with a time window which they met. They called when they were on they way and provided a clear description and estimate. They returned the next day as agreed and worked with my schedule. Tyler (their repair tech) was very polite, and cleaned up his working area.  Our washer is working very well, we are very happy with their services and we would certainly use their services again.

He did exactly as advertised. A complete kitchen appliance check up. He pulled my dryer away from the wall and now it has proper air flow so it dries in one cycle not two or three, He found that my dishwasher pump was bad and gave me an estimate on cost as well as a break down of WHY it cost the way it did , the pump itself was close to 200 bucks. My fridge was about a year old so no need to take it apart but he did clean the underside and check the filter. He changed my overhead fan filter so that it doesn't rattle anymore, every thing was minor but when he was done it all added up to a huge difference in my kitchen
