Our primary mission was to provide our customers with the finest quality workmanship coupled with the emphasis on ethics and customer service. Setting high standards, our goal was to create pleasant and challenging employment opportunities while providing the best possible product and service to our customers. Over the years, our number one priority has remained the same, 100% personal commitment and total customer satisfaction. Mike Vukovcan Company founder Mike Vukovcan has been heavily involved in the pool industry since the age of 16 and has worked in every facet of pool construction. He began his journey working the summer months through the school years up until the end of college. He gained a vast amount of knowledge and experience during this time. Upon graduating from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University, popularly known as Virginia Tech, in 2007 with a degree in Biochemistry, he set out for a pursuance to the School of Pharmacy at Virginia Commonwealth University’s Medical College of Virginia (MCV). It was not until that time the expected pathway for pharmacy school would deviate toward the pool industry. The rest is history… With an emphasis on vinyl liner and safety cover replacement at the heart of the company, the other services and products provided are endless. We have professional experience working in all areas of the industry and have been renovating, servicing, and maintaining swimming pools since the start. Our executive team consists of myself and compromises some of the top specialists in the area, leading to breathtaking designs and extraordinary craftsmanship. Heavily due to the pride and dedication we have for our reputation, we live by our motto, “When overcoming perfect becomes possible…” and strive each and every day to reach the highest plateau. With our office located in Virginia Beach, we are conveniently located to service any of your swimming pool needs. Are operations are not consolidated only in Virginia Beach, but include most of its neighboring cities and all of the Hampton Roads area. "The service that Flawless pools delivered was “flawless”. They left the pool vacuumed and chemicals at the proper level. The pump and filter were set and humming. The pool cover was clean and folded and put away until the fall. I will surely call them for “pool closing”."
