"My wife and I bought a new construction home with standard open 4" gutters. Very quickly we noticed the gutters were pitched incorrectly and collecting shingle grit and debris. This was causing the gutters to overflow during heavy rain events. We had The Drying Co. remove the new construction gutters and install Gutter Shutter. "Replacement was fine. Issue I have is with the ownership and discussion I had with them regarding warranty for the ridge cap. I had a cobra ridge cap installed by this company after a windstorm cane through. During the process I had asked, and was told, that the cap came with a transferable warranty (which is great because this is not our forever home). Installation went fine and at the end was told the owner would provide warranty info. I inquired several days later and was told they would get me the warranty paperwork. After several weeks I contacted them again as I had not yet received he paperwork and was told that the company (USA Gutter pro) would honor their work but GAF no longer warranties this product. Was also told that "lawyers were drafting" paperwork for warranties and that it would be sent to me upon completion. That was around April 2016. I contact via this site the company asking if the lawyers were still working in it 6 months later (was sent Oct 17th)...nothing. I am now writing this review on Nov 19th. In the end I don't really care about the warranty I am disappointed that a company would say one thing and either (1) not follow though on what was agreed, or (2) not be 100% truthful in things. My point in all of this is if they would have said from the beginning that this product is not warranties I would have still had the work done and not really cared...but since I was repeatedly told one thing that never happened (oh, and I never got a call/email outside of Angie's list...and that was because I wrote first...) I am writing this review."

"eltThe entire job was done while we were out of town.  This was our 2nd home, and we picked the color shingles and gave them a key to the property.  Since it was raining on the day they were to install, they put the shingles in the garage.  The next day, they installed the roof.  My associate went to the house that afternoon, and they were almost finished.  They cleaned up the debris and hauled everything away.  I had previously hired them to replace a roof on my apartment building, and so I was already impressed with their work.

"Pretty darn smooth! On the day they scheduled to start, they were here at 7:50 a.m., and on my roof by 8 a.m. They had a crew of five and kept hard at it for several days until complete and cleaned up (they also did a basic clean up at the end of each day prior). There was a price adjustment upon confirmation of additional plywood required, but it was reasonable and discussed in advance during the estimate. The gutter crew showed up the next day after the roof was finished and removed old / installed new seamless gutters with additional downspouts for proper drainage. I'm happy with the work performed and the price paid."

Since then he has fixed a leaked under my bathroom sink, basically rebuilt my water heater , and painted my bathroom.
