He went over budget by 30% on two project, did not complete two others. He stole unspent funds that were supposed to be in escrow. He did not install 4 condensers for a four plex, as he said they were installed on the roof where I could not inspect. They are not there. He went over schedule one my projects by over 10 months. His attention to detail is terrible. His work is terrible, and he is dishonest. The worst of the worst. Stay away."
